The location of the hotel is all what is nice. food was ok, management was bad, rooms are small, if you ask for an extra bed in room they vl just give you a mattress on floor, bathrooms are bad needs to be repair.. They vl just add money in your bill for each and everything. Place is nice in built but very poor management. One should avoid this place to stay specially with a kid. At the time of checkout all they offer you is nothing but a heavy loaded bill which they do not discuss earlier.

I used to stay here regularly during my visit to Keoladeo but over years the situation is getting bad to worst. Only thing they are after is your money and they are extremely rude if you try to bargain or dispute a charge on bill. Served horrible nd stale food & on top of it Staff demanded money for liquor as tip for the "service". They will charge you for everything, even for a piece of jaggery with GST on top of it...haha. Room look nice & big but smell bad, bed sheets are not clean and blankets are dirty, never washed or cleaned ever, yuck!!! Checkout is quick with your invoices promptly prepared & calculated to suck out every possible penny from your wallet, no card or digital wallet accepted, payment only in cash. Staff will gather around your car at gate for a parting tip. It's a classic case study for hospitality industry for how not to run a small hotel business. There are many other decent options available in Bharatpur, avoid this place.

Very poor . The only good thing is that it's well decorated. You have to carry your own quilts as they provide poor blankets which can't help you from winter. No heater or blower available. Food is terrible. You have to order 2 hours in advance and then you will not get your order but what is available with chef. I had to go outside to take dinner as they took order of parantha but later on told that only tandoori roti is available. Phone in room doesn't work. If you are on 1st floor then keep ready to go up and down by stairs. Staff is rude. Hot water is hardly available in tap. Over all highly terrible stay. Will not recommend this property . RO water is given in previously used bisleri bottles like you get in a lodge.

We visited as a group of ten families .It was an awesome experience. The ambience,spacious rooms ,the lovely courtyard gave a very ethnic feeling.The sanctuary is at a walking distance from the hotel.Mr Pawan and team were very friendly n helpful,taking care of all our needs.

Cheat of the Highest Order.. We had booked one room online through Agoda for Rs. 2000. We wanted to extend our stay by another day so we called up and asked them if we should book it online again or whether they would give us at the same rate .. Pawan Kumar , The Manager , told us over the phone that he would.. We agreed to the same as we thought that if we are getting at the same rate , how does it matter . Little did we know that Pawan Kumar would not turn out to be a man of his words.. later on during check out, he minced his words and told us that he is only charging us what Agoda pays him which turned out to be Rs. 2500. It is not a matter of RS. 500 but how he tried and duped us.. He very well knew our predicament and was not at all apologetic Overall the hotel is a decent property with good/big rooms and they have a decent sitting area downstairs outside. Apart from the staff and service, we did not face any problem.. Another problem we faced was during dinner one of the nights when we were getting refused what we wanted to order for dinner even though we order before 10 pm even though their last order time is 10 : 30 pm.. Again the staff was quite rude including the one taking the order.. Being in hospitality and catering to a lot of foreign tourists, I hope some basic training is provided to Mr. Pawan Kumar and his minions.. Food is okay and not much to rave about..
